Every engine in our new Polo range features innovative German engineering. And Our 4-cylinder TSI petrol engine is no exception. Featuring a turbocharger and direct petrol injection, the TSI engine produces higher torque and power, while offering low fuel consumption and emissions.
 

The new Polo’s cutting-edge TDI engine with diesel particulate filter features common rail technology, which injects precise amounts of fuel at exceedingly high pressure. The results are a cleaner-burning engine with exceptional fuel economy, not to mention impressive torque and compelling performance.
 

All of the new Polo range offers a variety of transmission options, including 5-speed manual in the Trendline and 66TDI, or 6-speed manual in the 77TSI. Or select the 7-speed DSG transmission, where the clutches and the gearshift are controlled electronically. It cleverly pre-selects your next gear as you’re driving, resulting in a quick and smooth gear change with virtually no interruption to power, traction or acceleration.
