‘The thing I like most about dealing with parts is the problem solving. Sometimes the solution is clear cut but other times it’s a matter of interpreting customer requirements and considering various options. It’s part science/part intuition.
‘We are continually trying to work out how to offer more than our competitors. For example, we offer an on-site quoting service for panel repairers. You don’t have to bring the car to us, we’ll come to you'.
‘We have a large parts’ inventory in stock and access to Volkswagen Group Australia’s warehouse, Volkswagen dealers Australia-wide and Volkswagen’s global warehousing. Parts no longer available in Australia can be sourced directly from Volkswagen’s Classic Parts Warehouse in Germany. We’ll have you back on the road in as short a time as possible, with the parts that will keep you there longer – irrespective of the model driven.’
