Last weekend I took delivery of a new Golf GTI from Burwins and I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the service I received.
Burwins was the third Volkswagen dealership that I visited when looking at cars. The first two dealerships I was given mediocre service at best but at Burwins the service was absolutely flawless. Dale was the salesmen who sold me the car and he was very professional but also had a very genuine manner that reassured me that I was being looked after.
After the deal was done with Dale I was handed over to Elisa to talk finance and again from the very start her professional and genuine manner was also obvious. Elisa was great to deal with and followed through on everything she promised and did it all very quickly.
This is the second car we've bought from Burwins and I have to say that the service we received from Dale and Elisa will ensure we come back.
Great work (and a great car to top it off of course).
